I confirm that the information and supporting documents submitted by me are accurate, complete and not misleading. I authorise MBS Consulting to collect, store, assess and use my information to evaluate my suitability, maintain my profile within the MBS Consulting talent network, contact me about relevant opportunities and verify my qualifications, experience and references, subject to any further consent that may be required. I confirm that I have read and accepted the MBS Consulting Privacy Policy.

I understand that MBS Consulting may wish to propose me as a potential team member, consultant or specialist when bidding for work. Before my information is used in a particular bid or proposal, MBS Consulting will provide sufficient information about the opportunity and ask me to confirm my availability and permission for that specific opportunity. When I provide that confirmation, I authorise MBS Consulting to include and disclose relevant parts of my professional profile, curriculum vitae, qualifications, certifications, memberships, experience, proposed role and availability to the prospective client, its bid-evaluation structures and approved consortium or delivery partners involved in that opportunity.

I acknowledge that submitting this expression of interest, joining the MBS Consulting talent network, discussing an opportunity, confirming my availability or permitting MBS Consulting to include my information in a bid does not by itself create an employment, consulting, subcontracting, agency, partnership, exclusivity or retainer relationship; guarantee that MBS Consulting will submit or win the bid; guarantee my appointment or allocation of work; or entitle me to remuneration, fees, reimbursement or other payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement concluded between MBS Consulting and me, MBS Consulting will have no contractual obligation to me arising from this exercise or the inclusion of my information in a bid or proposal.

I voluntarily consent to MBS Consulting preparing and publishing an approved version of my professional profile on the MBS Consulting website as part of its professional resources. I understand that the profile will be visible to the general public and may be indexed by search engines. It may include my name, professional title or headline, an optional professional photograph that I separately provide, an approved biography, qualifications, certifications, professional memberships, selected MBS service capability areas and selected non-confidential experience. MBS Consulting will provide the proposed profile to me for review and written approval before publication. My personal contact details, identity or financial information, remuneration or rates, references, curriculum vitae, work samples and private supporting documents will not be published. I may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@consultmbs.co.za. I understand that granting or declining this consent will not affect the assessment of my application and does not create or imply employment, appointment, exclusivity, current availability or a contractual relationship with MBS Consulting.
